Astana Tazalyq and iKOMEK 109 to Strengthen Cooperation
Albert Yesaliyev, General Director of Astana Tazalyq LLP, met with Arystanbek Mazhenov, Deputy Head of the iKOMEK 109 City Monitoring and Emergency Response Centre under the Astana City Akimat.
During the meeting, the participants discussed the prompt handling of requests from city residents, improving feedback mechanisms, and further strengthening cooperation between municipal services.
iKOMEK 109 is a unified communication channel that receives residents’ requests regarding various aspects of city life and monitors their resolution in cooperation with relevant government agencies and municipal services. The centre operates 24/7 and monitors the resolution of more than 300,000 incidents annually.
For Astana Tazalyq, feedback from residents is an important part of its daily operations. Information provided through these requests helps assess conditions in specific areas, identify aspects requiring additional attention, and ensure that necessary measures are taken in a timely manner.
Particular attention during the meeting was paid to the efficiency of operations during the winter season, snow removal from city streets, service quality monitoring, and timely responses to residents’ requests.
Currently, requests received through the iKOMEK system are registered and forwarded to the relevant services, while their completion is monitored within established deadlines. Residents are also provided with feedback on the outcomes of their requests.
Every resident’s opinion matters to us. Effective feedback helps identify issues promptly, improve our work, and create a comfortable and clean urban environment for the people of Astana.
