Astana Tazalyq Employees Attend Training Courses

To improve employees’ professional qualifications, labour productivity and work quality, Astana Tazalyq LLP has organized special training courses. As part of the programme, 175 employees are expected to receive training in nine areas.

To date, training sessions have been conducted in three areas. In particular, employees have enhanced their knowledge of labour legislation, taxation and accounting. During the training, specialists became familiar with key requirements relevant to their professional activities and expanded their knowledge needed to perform their daily work duties.

In the coming weeks, the training programme will continue. Special lectures are planned on the use of artificial intelligence tools, electronic document management and effective communication. These areas will enable employees to master modern technologies, optimize work processes and strengthen collaboration within the team.

The training programme is aimed at the professional development of the company’s employees and improving the efficiency of work processes. Particular emphasis is placed on mastering digital technologies and making effective use of electronic document management, which play an important role in adapting to modern workplace requirements.

It should be noted that the training courses will continue until the end of November. A total of 175 employees are expected to participate in the programme.
