Company history

The relocation of the capital of the Republic of Kazakhstan to Astana set large-scale tasks for the city, including the development of a modern urban environment, efficient infrastructure, and favorable conditions for socio-economic growth. To ensure the sanitary well-being of Astana, Astana Tazalyk LLP was established by Resolution No. 28-1076 of the Akimat of Astana dated September 18, 2008, and registered with the Department of Justice of Astana.

The founders of the company were the Akimat of Astana, represented by the State Institution “Department of the Fuel and Energy Complex and Public Utilities of Astana,” and Astana Gorkommunhoz JSC.

Today, Astana Tazalyk LLP is one of the key enterprises of the capital’s municipal sector, ensuring the sanitary cleanliness of the city, adjacent territories, and settlements. The company carries out waste collection and removal, as well as manual and mechanized cleaning of streets, roads, squares, sidewalks, passages, and other public spaces across all districts of the city.

The customers of sanitary cleaning services are the district akimats:

·         Almaty District;

·         Yesil District;

·         Saryarka District;

·         Baikonyr District;

·         Sarayshyq District;

·         Nura District.

To fulfill its assigned tasks, the company has a developed material and technical base, which includes:

·         a production facility with a total area of 16,490.6 m² located at 49 Aqzhol Street;

·         an administrative building with a total area of 2,648.07 m² located at 1A A. Moldagulova Street;

·         a fleet of 419 units of specialized municipal and motor vehicles.

Astana Tazalyk LLP operates on the principles of economic self-accounting and self-financing and is not funded from the state or city budget.
