Astana Tazalyq Summarizes Winter Season Results and Announces Social Support Measures for Employees
Astana Tazalyq LLP has summarized the results of its extensive winter operations and presented achievements in digital transformation. The company also announced social support measures for its employees. This was reported by the official website of the Astana city administration.
According to the company, more than 2.2 million cubic meters of snow have been removed since the beginning of the winter season. More than 600 units of specialized equipment and over 750 road workers were involved in cleaning the city streets every day. According to General Director Zamir Sagynov, the established work system made it possible to maintain the streets continuously even under challenging weather conditions.
Compared with last year, the fleet of specialized equipment has been significantly upgraded, the number of routes has increased, and work in pedestrian areas has been strengthened. The company has now transitioned to the spring-summer season, deploying water-spraying and washing vehicles, vacuum equipment, and other specialized machinery. Road washing, cleaning of bus stops and sidewalks, and waste removal are being carried out according to an approved schedule. Around 600 employees are involved in these operations every day.
Today, the experience of Astana Tazalyq is attracting interest not only from regions across Kazakhstan but also from international partners.
One of the company's key innovations is the electronic waybill system. It enables real-time monitoring of specialized equipment, the volume of completed work, and material consumption. The system has already been introduced on hundreds of vehicles and has demonstrated its effectiveness: the time required to process a waybill has been reduced from 10 minutes to 1 minute, fuel consumption has decreased by up to 10%, and transparency of production processes has improved.
Social support measures for employees were also presented during the event. In particular, seven employees received certificates covering 50% of the initial down payment when obtaining a mortgage through second-tier banks.
The company has previously implemented a number of social initiatives. Last year, utility facilities for road workers were renovated and equipped with modern rest rooms. The project was implemented with the support of the Astana city administration, with 10 facilities covering a total area of approximately 1,000 square meters modernized in the Esil and Nura districts.
In addition, 17 apartments and an 80-bed dormitory were commissioned for employees.
