Astana Tazalyq’s Experience to Be Implemented in Bishkek
The digital technologies being introduced by Astana Tazalyq LLP are attracting significant interest not only in Kazakhstan but also among international partners. As part of an experience-sharing initiative, a delegation from Bishkek, Kyrgyz Republic, visited the capital to learn about the company’s operations and modern solutions.
One of the key systems presented was the electronic waybill system. It is an effective tool that enables real-time monitoring of specialized equipment. The system provides comprehensive tracking of equipment routes, completed work volumes, and material consumption.
According to Zamir Sagynov, General Director of Astana Tazalyq LLP, digitalization is one of the company’s key strategic development priorities.
“Today, digital solutions are not merely a monitoring tool but have become the foundation of effective management. They help increase process transparency, use resources more efficiently, and ensure the stable operation of urban infrastructure,” he said.
The system has now been implemented on 393 units of specialized equipment and is delivering tangible results.
Automated Reporting:
· the time required to process a waybill has been reduced from 10 minutes to 1 minute;
· the human factor has been eliminated during medical checks, improving the safety of putting equipment into operation.
Fuel Consumption Monitoring:
· annual savings of up to 10% are achieved through fuel-level sensors and idle-time monitoring;
· unauthorized or inefficient use of equipment has been virtually eliminated.
Improved Operational Efficiency:
· real-time data has accelerated management decision-making by 15%;
· greater transparency throughout the “request – execution – acceptance certificate” process has strengthened discipline and reduced the number of disputes.
Interest in the project continues to grow. Previously, representatives of Almaty’s municipal services studied the system. Implementation has now begun, and the project is currently at the implementation stage.
In addition, QazhService LLP, responsible for road maintenance, is actively implementing the system. Regional and city administrations, as well as municipal enterprises in the capital, are also showing strong interest in the initiative.
Employee safety remains a key priority. The company uses the Med365 and Adal Check systems to monitor daily medical examinations online.
Specialized equipment is also equipped with a driver condition monitoring system. Cameras detect compliance with safety requirements, route deviations, and signs of fatigue, providing immediate warnings of potential risks.
By continuing to introduce digital solutions, Astana Tazalyq LLP is developing a modern and efficient model for managing municipal infrastructure.
